Technological advances are so rampant and ever revolutionizing our world that it seems once we learn a skill it is suddenly obsolete. That is why computer education is so very important and is certainly a lifelong process whether you are two or one hundred and two.
Computer education can mean any number of things from formal lessons within a structured computer education classroom, self-teaching with instructional books, or informal distance learning through correspondence and software. However your preference, computer education is an ever evolving and fundamental education that not only teaches someone how to access and use key programs and functions on their personal computer, but also hones other skills such as deductive reasoning, patience, problem solving, algebraic interpretation, increased reading skills, memorization, and self-esteem. Nothing is more gratifying than mastering a new program, completing a project using complex software, or even finally beating that computer game you have been struggling with.
Unfortunately, because of the speed of technology, many people are afraid to learn how to use a personal computer or enroll in computer education classes because they have feelings of inferiority and irrationally fear that they could not possibly learn to use such a complex device. So, it has been standard practice for several years now to implement computer education in classrooms of every age and skill level. Yes, even preschoolers are spending time on computers reading stories, solving counting and alphabet puzzles, and printing out the art work that they are so proud to bring home for their parents. The earlier a person learns how to use a computer, the less intimidated they will be and the more they will look forward to the next big thing in technological advancements. Imagine all of the possibilities opened up for you when you take an interest in computer education, they are endless!

Having computers as a part of ones education can prove very helpful. Being good in studies and computers can secure better job prospects, in this age and time computer knowledge is a must.

The world of today is run by computers and it is time that teachers understand this. The idea of going to a library and reading a book is not ideal to the students of today. Computer education for teachers is what every school needs to do. Teachers, and for that matter all school districts, need to begin to integrate technology into all classrooms and this article will tell you how. Computer education for teachers should not be that big of a deal because all teachers who have just began probably already know how to integrate technology into the classrooms. Many school libraries and even some public libraries do not provide students with the information they need on certain topics but the internet will almost always have the information they need. Besides research and test taking there are many other ways to integrate computers into your teaching. There are now projection screens that allow you to write on them turning them basically into a white board. You are able to watch movies on the white board, stop the movie, and draw over the movie. This is very helpful for History teachers as it allows them to teach the battles and etc. Computer education for teachers is something that all school teachers should consider because the use of computers is now becoming popular among schools. The teachers should change with time and should equipped themselves with a basic understanding of how to integrate computers into their teaching.
Uses of computer in our daily life.
The computer is used in people's daily lives to enable peoples of this world to talk to each other in real time, to process quick artwork rendering, and to regulate systems to enable the administration of fossil fuel use by people. Almost every major business, banks, tire shops, fast food restaurants, major stores, etc., uses computer and are unable to even operate if the computers are down. Automobiles are computerized. If the computer messes up, it could cause loss of transportation until repaired. People also use computers in daily life to shop, bank, and pay bills from the comfort of their homes. In some cases, people can even apply for jobs online. They also provide entertainment in that people play games, listen to music, chat, etc. online. In fact, computerization is so prevalent in our daily lives that should they be taken away, almost everything would shut down, at least for a short time.
Why people invented Computer?
Computers in the literal calculating machine definition were created to do maths for navigation and general calculation purposes. Collosis the first electronic computer was created to crack the enigma code.
Do computers do more harm than good?
With out a doubt Computers have made a societal revolution with a great reach for a better more convenient life. Computers help enhance society's knowledge, it also gives hope to the students with leadrning disabilities. The computer is used for many purposes for ex: entertainment, communication, research, sales, purchases and many more things. The computer has made it more convenient to be able to pay a bill or order products on-line. But society causes the computer to have a downfall by spreading hate and photographing obsenities. These kinds of actions is what can be harmfull about a computer.
->It goes without saying it all depends on who's behind the keyboard. It's the same principle with the gun…. It's not the gun itself, but the person behind the gun and how that person uses it. I've been working at a call center for a computer repair company and I think if anything, it's made our lives more complicated.
